The Treasurer has announced changes to Australia’s foreign investment review framework, effective from 10.30pm AEDT on Sunday 29 March 2020, relating to monetary thresholds and timeframes for reviewing applications. Reporting a breach of the foreign investment rules

If you have information about a suspected breach of Australia’s foreign investment rules you can report this to the ATO. All reports of suspected non‑compliance are actioned where appropriate. It is important to try to provide as much factual detail as you can so we are able to fully assess the information. Complete the details known to you and attach any supporting documents.
